We love the Gold Top beer series by Track a lot (really quite a lot) so we're delighted to be getting a brand new one this week.
Since we opened Space Craft Beer in April, the arrival of a Gold Top has been a pretty great day for us. After having made the short drive from Track's Manchester brewery, the cans are so cold we have to resist cracking one open immediately before we put them in our own fridges.
Admittedly, we usually open one pretty soon after. We're only human!
We still have VERY limited stock of the previous two Gold Tops we received: Both of them are brilliant.
Reality was filled with Nectaron hops and had that great stone fruit flavour.
Then there was A Different Age, a Citra bomb of a Gold Top that had big mango flavours.
July's Gold Top is called This Side of You and it has, according to Track themselves, "Raspberries and Redcurrants mingle with a hit of zingy Lime" with plenty of Motueka and that big dose of Citra like what we saw in A Different Age.
We haven't tried it just yet but we know it's going to be another brilliant one.
And as always, we try to keep the price of these as low as possible because we want everyone to join in the fun with these amazing beers.
